All Glass & Windows, a Sarasota-based window and door business, has acquired Sarasota Glass & Mirror. The acquisition expands the company’s residential offerings, adds an expert procurement and installation team to its staff and "brings a renowned brand into the All Glass & Windows family," according to a statement.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Sarasota Glass & Mirror, established in 1974, provides glass and glazing services to residential and commercial clients in Sarasota and Manatee counties. Its offerings range from impact-resistant windows and doors to frameless shower enclosures to custom mirrors and specialty glass work. The company has offices on Clark Road in Sarasota and State Road 70 in Lakewood Ranch, as well as a fleet of signature purple trucks bearing its name.

"Sarasota Glass & Mirror has built an exceptional reputation over nearly five decades, and we commit to continuing in the tradition of outstanding service to customers," All Glass & Windows President David Fleeman says in a statement.

Following the acquisition, Sarasota Glass & Mirror President Scott Brigham will serve as vice president in the All Glass & Windows organization and continue leading the Sarasota Glass & Mirror brand, according to the statement.

"We are excited to join All Glass & Windows and are enthusiastic about the opportunities this partnership will unlock for Sarasota Glass & Mirror,” Brigham says in a statement.

All Glass & Windows, headquartered at 6384 Tower Lane in Sarasota County near the Celery Fields, serves clients including contractors, builders and homeowners across Florida. It was founded in 2009 to provide impact-resistant window and door solutions to residential, commercial and industrial markets.

The acquisition includes "substantially all assets" of Sarasota Glass & Mirror, according to a statement.

“We welcome the customers and employees of the business to the All Glass family and are excited about the continued growth of our company into direct-to-homeowner services," All Glass & Windows CEO Chris Harris says in a statement.

All Glass & Windows is a portfolio company of New York-based private equity firm Cross Rapids Capital. The firm partners with owners and management teams of North American middle-market industrial and services companies to accelerate growth. According to a statement, All Glass & Windows is actively seeking acquisitions of impact-resistant window companies.
