Naples financial services firm names new president

Naples trust and estate administration firm Fiduciary Care LLC has named financial services executive and attorney Kimberly Spiker president. 

Spiker, according to a statement, brings more than three decades of experience in trust and estate planning, estate administration, fiduciary services and organizational leadership to her new role. Fiduciary Care is the parent company of Fiduciary Associates LLC and Senior Advocacy Group. Fiduciary Associates provides professional trust and estate administration services for charitable donors, surviving spouses and family and special needs trusts, while Senior Advocacy Group provides agent and life care management services to vulnerable adults and their families.

Most recently, Spiker was estate administration manager at The Northern Trust Co. in Naples, where she supervised estate administration for the east region, led multidisciplinary teams, ensured adherence to governing documents and applicable law and maintained rigorous court and tax filing standards, the release states. She spent more than a decade at Northern Trust in other roles. Earlier in her career, she served as an investigative attorney, financial consultant and private practice attorney focusing on estate planning, probate and real estate matters. Spiker is admitted to practice law in both Florida and Ohio.
