A growing health care consulting firm in Bradenton has made several leadership changes as its founder steps into the role of executive chair. Ravin Consultants, founded in 2017 by Jennifer Lockwood, named a new CEO and added two others to its C-suite.

“This transition is intentional,” Lockwood says in a statement. “Ravin Consultants was built to endure. As the 340B environment becomes more complex and scrutinized, I want to focus my energy where I can create lasting impact for our clients and for the future of this program.”

As executive chair, Lockwood will focus on long-term strategy, thought leadership, industry partnerships and advocacy for 340B, a federal initiative that requires pharmaceutical manufacturers participating in Medicaid to provide outpatient drugs at discounted prices to health care organizations caring for uninsured and low-income patients.

Lockwood started Ravin Consultants with the belief that the 340B program required specialized expertise, and the concept has taken off; the firm made the Inc. 5000 list of the nation’s fastest-growing companies in 2024 and 2025, based on revenue. The company supports clients nationwide with 340B compliance, oversight, eligibility, implementation and analytics, and it helps strengthen financial performance for covered entities by assisting with IT, accounting, HR and marketing.

The leadership transition positions the company for “continued impact,” according to a statement.

Robert Ferraro has been promoted to CEO after more than six years of senior leadership at Ravin Consultants. “My focus is to ensure we continue delivering meaningful, measurable results for our clients as the landscape evolves,” Ferraro says in a statement, adding that expertise and integrity will remain at the heart of operations.

Joining Ferraro in the C-suite will be two others:

  • Jaclyn Hahn has been named COO overseeing operational delivery of the firm’s services. She has been the company’s director of pharmacy since 2023.
  • Lauren Navas has been named chief growth officer, guiding strategic growth initiatives in marketing and business development. Navas has more than 25 years of strategic marketing leadership experience.
