A wellness clinic focused on longevity that started in Jacksonville more than a decade ago has begun franchising, with its first franchisees opening a location in the Sarasota-Manatee area.
Anderson Longevity Clinic was founded by Dr. Brian D. Anderson in 2013 in the back of a gym, where he began providing personalized care to help people live longer, healthier lives, according to a statement. In 2016, he opened the first brick-and-mortar clinic in Jacksonville, and the company has grown in the years since.
Currently, there are six Anderson Longevity Clinic locations, including two in Jacksonville, one in Davie and another in Winter Park. It also has practices in Carmel, Indiana, and Johnston, Rhode Island. The company launched a nationwide franchising program in June.
Opening in February 2026, the Sarasota area franchise will mark the first for the company and be located outside Lakewood Ranch, a spokesperson says, noting the franchisees are still in the process of signing the lease. While the spokesperson cites confidentiality agreements in declining to disclose the names of the franchisees, the “seasoned owner-operators” have “significant expertise in the longevity medicine field,” according to a statement.
Anderson Longevity Clinic offers hormone optimization therapy, advanced diagnostics, injury recovery injections, aesthetic medicine and personalized treatment protocols. It provides services on a cash basis within a small footprint that requires three to four employees.
Franchises are available for medical providers and entrepreneurs who have a net worth of $350,000 and liquid capital of at least $120,000, according to the Anderson Longevity Clinic franchise website. The average cost for an Anderson Longevity Clinic is approximately $200,000 to $300,000. Revenue can generally range from six to seven figures, according to data shared on the website. The Jacksonville clinic that began in 2013 posted $3.7 million in revenue last year; the Rhode Island clinic that opened in 2021 posted $2.9 million in revenue last year; and the Indiana location, which opened at the end of 2023, posted nearly $526,000 in revenue in 2024.
