Crews working on an office building in a Tampa development have reached the top of what is being called the “highest point in Gasworx.”
Moss, the Fort Lauderdale construction firm, announced this week that it had topped off the 145,000-square-foot, six-story building that will be the headquarters for Grow Financial.
The yet-to-be named building is in Gasworx, a 50-acre development outside Ybor City that when complete will include 5,000 new residences as well as 500,000 square feet of office space and more than 140,000 square feet of retail.
Grow, according to a statement, has committed to taking 50% of the building. In addition to the office space, there will be 9,000-square-feet of ground-floor retail.
The building will have a rooftop deck, outdoor terraces, a state-of-the-art conference facility, and a lobby café and bar that connects directly to the larger project.
In addition to the office building, Moss is also constructing Olivette, a neighboring mixed-use building with 376 residential units and nearly 30,000 square feet of retail space.
Construction of the office building is scheduled for completion in 2026.
