Sales begin at new gated community in south Sarasota County

National luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers has begun selling homes in Oakbend Wellen Park, the company’s latest development in south Sarasota County.

The gated community features one and two-story homes priced from the mid-$500,000s. Floor plans range from 2,100 to over 3,000 square feet, with three to five bedrooms, 2.5 to five baths and two-car garages.

Sales are starting about eight months after Toll Brothers announced site work was underway at Oakbend Wellen Park. Now a fully decorated model home is available for people to tour at 12324 Falling Leaf Place, while other homes are in development.
