More than 200 people celebrated the winners of the annual issue that shines the spotlight on the region’s up and coming leaders. Winners span a variety of fields and industries, among them real estate, technology, health care and tourism. Nearly half founded a company or a nonprofit. Every winner fits this intangible the Business Observer looks for every year in choosing the 40 winners: the type of leader you need to know if you are new to town.
