Vinik home in Tampa listed for $19.8 million

Jeffrey Vinik’s former home in South Tampa has been listed for sale just months after he signed it over to his former wife when the couple finalized their divorce.

The house, now solely owned Penny Vinik, was listed Sept. 30 and is being marketed for $19.8 million.

According to the listing from Premier Sotheby's International Realty, the 14,919-square-foot house in the ritzy Tampa neighborhood has 9 bedrooms and 10 baths. There is a detached guest house, and it sits on 400 feet of the Palma Ceia Golf & Country Club’s golf course.
