Vectra Digital, based on Brantley Commons Court and founded in 2017, offers website design and development, SEO, lead generation, social media, paid search, branding and logo design as well as email marketing services. Its clients include B&I Contractors and Lee Health, among others.

Vectra will bring digital and operational systems to the partnership, while Avenue will deliver industry relationships and construction-specific expertise, according to a statement.

“This is much more than a business move — it’s a way to supercharge and expand the impact we’re already making for our clients,” Vectra Chief Strategy Officer Harrison Ambs says in a statement. “We understand this niche, and now we’re equipped to serve it at scale.”

Adds Ambs: "We have some more things we're working on...Florida is seeing unprecedented opportunities in the trades, and we're going to meet the moment."

Avenue Media will remain the name of the company.

“We've been in this space for years, but with this expansion, we have truly become a Southwest Florida powerhouse,” Felix Lluberes, partner at Vectra Digital, says in a statement. He indicates the merger is one of several strategic moves in progress, stating: "The best part is that we’re only just getting started.”

This article has been updated to include the years both companies were founded and additional comment from Ambs.
