Fruitville Commons signs wellness tenant entering Florida market

A retail center in Sarasota County has signed on a new tenant after fielding what the managing broker says were “hundreds” of inquiries about the space. Fruitville Commons will welcome Neuage Health & Wellness to its tenant mix after the St. Louis based company signed a long-term lease there.

The health and wellness company has locations in Alabama, Kansas and Missouri; its entry in Sarasota will mark its debut in the Florida market as it continues to expand across the Southeast and Midwest, according to a statement. 

A physician-led clinic, Neuage Health & Wellness offers hormone therapy, medical weight loss, testosterone therapy, vitamin injections and peptide therapy.
