$174M Bradenton construction company names new CEO and president

A new leader has been appointed president and CEO of NDC Construction. Les Snyder was named to the post, while the owner of the Bradenton-based company, Ron Allen, will serve as chairman. Allen had been the CEO and president since the company’s founding in 1997.

“Les is a proven leader with the experience, relationships and strategic vision to take NDC into its next era,” Allen says in a statement. “He brings a deep respect for the trades and a passion for building projects that serve communities and support local economies. I am confident Les will lead the company and team with integrity, grit and forward momentum.”
