The Business Observer is launching CRE Central this week, a new commercial real estate newsletter.

The weekly newsletter will publish every Saturday morning and will focus on what’s happening in commercial real estate locally — and beyond.

Each week you’ll get the latest local news from across the region; a look at the trends affecting those in the industry and those affected by it; ideas on best practices; insight from industry leaders; and the stories of the mover-and-shakers and those who are risking it all on an idea.

And deals, of course.

The newsletter will feature work from our team of veteran business writers reporting the news. from Pasco County south to Naples and as far east as Polk County.

Our journalists at the Business Observer understand the impact of business — and commercial real estate is a huge part of the business ecosystem — knowing it is one of those rare areas that touches all aspects of people’s lives, something everyone cares about.

When Aldi opens a new store, it’s not just the shopping center owner who’s interested. The shopper looking for a deal is interested, the developer with a property nearby is interested, the neighbor whose house is a few blocks away is interested, the person in need of work is interested, the salesperson looking for clients is interested.

The goal, in short, of CRE Central, is to keep you in the know and aware of the news happening across the region, not just your backyard.

Please, sign up and we’ll see you Saturday.
