A 255-unit luxury apartment community is now open in Fort Myers. Reva recently began welcoming its first residents to the complex off Crystal Drive and 6 Mile Cypress Parkway.

The community offers residences with one, two and three bedrooms, with floor plans ranging from 770 to nearly 1,700 square feet. Rent starts at $1,600 and goes up to about $3,200. Apartments have contemporary finishes, and residents can access private garages.

A 6,200-square-foot clubhouse overlooking a private lake anchors Reva. The two-story clubhouse features a fitness center, meditation space, co-working areas with Zoom studios, a grand event room and convenience store, according to a statement. Outdoor amenities include a pool, pet park and open-air workout spaces.

“Our goal is [to] provide the type of residences that individuals who choose to rent are attracted to and provide them with nothing short of resort-like amenities,” Luis Bermudez, principal of Gilu Development, says in a statement.

Reva was created by Gilu Development and Global City Development, both of which are based in the Miami area. Gilu Development specializes in the acquisition and development of commercial and residential property. Global City Development has delivered more than $1 billion in residential and mixed-use projects, according to its website. Its focus is on the Southeastern United States, Texas and Washington, D.C. Specifically, the firm targets investments with the potential to return 20%-plus annually to investors over a four- to five-year period.
