$30M home under construction on Siesta Key follows $25M Longboat listing

A home under construction on Siesta Key is going on the market this fall with a price tag just under $30 million, the real estate firm Compass has announced.

The listing represents the second time this week a waterfront residential property has been listed for sale in the Sarasota-Manatee market over $25 million. The other one is on on 1.64 acres at 5695 Gulf of Mexico Drive on Longboat Key.

The 13,000-square-foot Siesta Key home, meanwhile, at 3990 Higel Ave. will sit on an acre of beachfront property and includes a detached 2-bedroom guest house and a private deeded boat lift capable of hoisting 20,000 pounds.
