A 160-room boutique hotel recently opened its doors to guests just off Tamiami Trail in Naples. The Perry Hotel is the second location for FOD Capital, which opened the first property under the brand in Key West in 2017.
Guest offerings in the hotel — an $80 million project — include ground-level and rooftop pools, a fitness center and several on-site restaurants: a coffee bar, tapas bar, and a rooftop bar and lounge. Also on site is Tigress, a restaurant serving Cantonese cuisine by Chef Dale Talde. Talde is a James Beard Award nominated chef with background on shows like Top Chef, Chopped and Iron Chef America.
The hotel was built on the banks of the Cocohatchee River, which has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. The property has nature conservation area and includes an expansive pier featuring a scenic boardwalk and dock with eight boat slips, according to a statement. Off-site adventures includes kayak excursions, sunset cruises, fishing trips, and private beach charters through a partnership with All Water Excursions, located directly across the river.
"We have long been excited about bringing this project to the Naples area, and now, as we open our doors, we couldn’t be happier to welcome the local community and guests from near and far to our new Perry-dise," The Perry Hotel Naples General manager Matthew Strunk says in the statement. “Every detail of the hotel has been thoughtfully designed, and our passionate team is committed to delivering memorable experiences that celebrate the beauty and spirit of Naples.”
The Perry Hotel Naples is at 12155 Tamiami Trail N. Guests are encouraged to book with the hotel directly to save 15% on their stay.
