Naples apartments sell to South Florida investor

Interface Properties, a Boca Raton development, acquisition and management company, has bought the Wild Pines apartments in Naples.

The firm did not disclose the sale price and Collier County property records did not immediately reflect what it sold for. Berkadia, however, says it provided the acquisition financing with a pair of loans totaling $26.62 million.

The first was the assumption of a $20.62 million senior loan and the second a $6 million supplemental loan through Freddie Mac.
