California gourmet hot dog restaurant coming to Tampa

Pasadena, California-based gourmet hot dog chain Dog Haus will soon make its Florida debut with a Tampa location.

Franchisee and famed University of Florida basketball alum Livingston Chatman and his wife, Terri Chatman, have signed an area development agreement with the brand, according to a statement. They plan to open their Tampa Dog Haus by the end of 2025 or early 2026, with an eye on expanding to more Florida locations in the future. 

There are more than 50 Dog Haus locations across the US, but this will be the first to serve up its award-winning burgers, brats and brews in the sunshine state.
