New eatery to take over Venice restaurant space

A Mexican restaurant is set to move into the space formerly occupied by Shuck N’ Ale at The Rialto in Venice. The southern-style seafood restaurant closed in the shopping center off U.S. 41 in late July.

The new lessee is a family-owned Mexican fusion restaurant called Cabo Breeze, according to Brian Seidel, a broker associate from American Property Group of Sarasota who handled the transaction with his uncle, Geoff Paul. 

In addition to “incredible dishes,” the eatery will feature “tropical cocktails and amazing desserts,” Seidel says.
