A Pinellas County office park has been sold for $6.2 million to a local business owner.

The property is the Raymond James Office Park, a 48,035-square property at 2401 W. Bay Dr. in Largo.

The sale was announced by Marcus & Millichap. A spokesperson for the firm says Michael D. Hendzel of MavBrands, a Belleair Bluffs company, was the buyer.

The seller is a Clearwater LLC, West Bay Professional Center, which paid $2.65 million for the property in 2012.

The office park is made up of six one-story buildings and sits on 4.2 acres with more than 450 feet of frontage along West Bay Drive, which connects U.S. Highway 19 to Gulf Boulevard.

It has a mix of legal, medical and financial tenants says Marcus & Millichap.

The firm’s Ronnie Issenberg, Gabriel Britti and Ricardo Esteves represented both the buyer and seller in the deal.
