The CEO of a Sarasota medical device company is selling his Tudor Revival-style home on Siesta Key for $15.95 million. Michael Creaturo, who is also the managing director of Asepsis Medical Technologies, owns the residence at 4315 Mangrove Place, according to Sarasota County property records.

Situated on South Cocoanut Bayou Island, the property includes over 7,500 square feet under air conditioning and 0.61 acre of prime waterfront. It has five bedrooms, six full bathrooms and three powder rooms.

Among the highlights are a private theater, elevator, professional-grade wine storage, kitchen with Subzero and Wolf appliances, oversized three-car garage, saltwater pool and spa as well as a deepwater dock. There is also a guest house that comes with a private elevator and full kitchen.
