Fort Myers based Millennium Physician Group has hired Avison Young to manage its real estate portfolio.
The company says that it chose the firm, whose U.S. headquarters are in Chicago, to take advantage of its brokerage services and lease administration platforms.
Overseeing the portfolio will be Oliver Petrovic from the firm’s New York City office and Chas Simcox and Clint Miller from its Minneapolis, Minnesota, office.
Kevin McHugh, Millennium’s vice president of real estate, says the company chose Avison Young after a “highly competitive selection process” primarily because of its data, analytics and mapping capabilities.
“This advanced insight, coupled with the team’s comprehensive medical experience, creates a powerful alignment to realize our portfolio ambitions” while remaining committed to patient experience, he says.
