Longtime Central Florida construction firm opens Tampa office

T&T Construction Management Group, a firm located in the Greater Orlando area, announced on Tuesday that it will be expanding its presence into Tampa with the opening of a new office and work yard at 2745 Jason St. 

In addition to its two Florida offices, the company has locations in Raleigh and Philadelphia.

“Tampa continues to grow and demand sound expertise in innovative concrete solutions, from tilt-up panels and precision floors to cast-in-place mastery, self-performed turnkey solutions, and more,” says CEO Rebecca Thomas in a statement. “With T&T being recognized for excellence in the construction industry for 30 years, we are privileged to create projects in and surrounding Tampa and leave a lasting legacy. This new office and work yard will further solidify our presence and expansion of capabilities on the west coast of Florida.”

T&T Construction Management Group was founded in 1995. According to the company’s website, the firm has completed over 1,250 projects in its three decade tenure exceeding $1 billion in revenue. Its emphasis is concrete construction for a variety of commercial sectors, including industrial-warehouses, manufacturing, education, healthcare, retail, and parking garages, to name a few.
