Venice remodeling business acquired by Naples firm

A Venice remodeling business has been sold to a Naples private equity firm. 

S&E Renovations Inc. was acquired by Azure Capital International LLC in a deal that closed March 20. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

S&E Renovations was founded in 2000 in Venice by construction industry veterans Sam Green and Eric DeVaughn. The business handles home and kitchen remodeling as well as bathroom renovations in Sarasota, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Casey Key, North Port, Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton and Venice. It is based on Seaboard Avenue near the Venice train depot.
