North Florida coffee chain expanding to Tampa Bay

Ellianos Coffee, a drive-thru specialty coffee brand based in the Southeast, has announced a significant expansion into the Tampa Bay area with a new four-store development agreement.

Ellianos Coffee, a chain based out of Lake City, is poised to open four locations in the Tampa Bay area.

The drive-thru specialty coffee brand announced the expansions in statement. The statement didn't provide details on the locations in the region. "This expansion comes at a time of unprecedented growth for Ellianos," the company says in the statement.

Ellianos Coffee was founded in 2002 by entrepreneurs Scott and Pam Stewart after a visit to the Pacific Northwest revealed a booming drive thru coffee shop model. The brand focuses on Italian quality coffee with drink names Venetian Vanilla, Milan Mint Mocha and Tuscany Toffee giving a nod to their conceptual heritage.
