A Pasco County outlet mall is growing its tenant roster.

Tampa Premium Outlets, the Simon Property Group-owned shopping center off of Interstate 75, has seen nine new retailers open in the past couple of months and has a 10th coming soon.

The new merchants, according to a list put out by the property’s management team, range from a German cutlery seller to a dog boutique to a doughnut shop.

Several of the retailers on the list were first announced in September but have since opened.

The 441,000-square-foot outlet shopping center is off of Interstate 75 and State Road 56.

Among the mall’s existing tenants are Marc Jacobs, Coach, J. Crew, Michael Kors and Polo Ralph Lauren inside the center and outparcel tenants BJ's Brewhouse, Longhorn Steakhouse and McDonald's.

Simon Property Group, according to its website, owns 194 mall and outlet properties across the U.S. Of those, 22 are in Florida, including Ellenton Premium Outlets in Manatee County and Coconut Point in Estero.

The new tenants are:

  • Columbia Clearance Store, an outerwear, sportswear and footwear retailer
  • Cabi Factory Store, a women’s fashion retailer
  • Golf Apparel Shop, a retailer selling branded golf clothing for adults and youth
  • Good Dog Boutique, a gift and accessories retailer for dogs
  • Happy Donuts, a shop carrying mochi donuts, smoothies, juices, churros and ice cream
  • Lacoste, the French sport and fashion retailer known for its crocodile logo
  • Tacos El Patron, a Mexican restaurant
  • Tapville, a craft beer shop
  • Zwilling JA Henckels, a luxury cutlery brand from Germany
  • Heydude, a shoe retailer that’s expected to open soon
