Lakewood Ranch continues to be the top best-selling, master-planned multigenerational community in the U.S, according to a national real estate consulting firm. 

Lakewood Ranch has been ranked No. 1 for six consecutive years. 

In 2023, Lakewood Ranch had 2,257 sales, which was 22% above 2022. It was the second-highest sales year in the community's history.
