Tampa-based Diversified Maintenance, a commercial and industrial cleaning services firm with more than 10,000 employees nationwide, says it awarded more than $1 million in performance awards in 2023.

The company, in a statement, says throughout 2023 more than 2,000 Diversified Maintenance employees were “recognized for their outstanding performance toward the company’s success.”

Awards include the Bravo Award for integrity and dependability; the Achievement Award for celebrating outstanding accomplishments; and the Spot Award for acknowledging customer service and satisfaction, among others, the release adds.

“This investment underscores our deep appreciation for our team members for their unwavering dedication and exceptional contributions throughout the year,” Diversified Maintenance Vice President of People Operations Tyler Bruce says in the release. “We firmly believe that when employees feel valued and appreciated, it creates a workplace culture where service excellence thrives. As we progress, we will continue to ensure that employee recognition and appreciation is deeply embedded in our culture, and our team members continue to be the driving force behind our collective achievements.”

Diversified Maintenance, according to its website, provides “facility maintenance services to over 11,500 client locations nationwide.” In addition to its 10,000+ employees it has 575+ field managers and over 20 offices.
