$11 million penthouse sale breaks Longboat Key condo record

A $10.99 million penthouse sale on Longboat Key closed Jan. 31, making it the highest recorded condominium sale on Longboat Key. The property is located at 415 L Ambiance Drive, which is the L’Ambiance condominium complex. 

The three-bedroom, four-bathroom penthouse was built in 1992 and has an interior of 5,170 square feet and two garage spaces. With its sale price, the interior wound up being $2,127 per square foot.

The penthouse sits atop the southwest corner of the condominium complex, and the view is what selling agent Roger Pettingell says is the most impressive feature.
