A longstanding restaurant on St. Armands Circle will reopen with a new name and fresh concept in 2025, offering dining from breakfast to dinner. What has been known for 50-plus years as French-inspired Cafe L’Europe will become The Café on St. Armands, a Mediterranean eatery with a coffee and to-go component, including alcohol delivery service.
