Tri-Town Construction, a Fort Myers-based luxury homebuilder, has dual expansion news: One is a new headquarters, and the other is the addition of a roofing division.

The new headquarters is at 12730 Commonwealth Drive, in the Gateway area of Fort Myers, according to a statement. The 13,000-square-foot facility includes 6,000 square feet of offices, showrooms and design studios, and a 7,000-square-foot warehouse. The new space follows a few offices the company had on Alico Road, growing into 3,000 square feet there over a little more than a decade. Tri-Town built the new facility, the release adds.

The roofing division, meanwhile, is called Florida Roofing and Gutters, founded, the release states, “to provide property owners with the experience and expertise of one of the leading roofing specialists in the Southwest Florida region.”

“Our new headquarters gives our clients a ‘one-stop-shop’,” Tri-Town founder Marc Devisse says in the release. “With our advanced construction technology and equipment, the tactile product samples, and roofing expertise, we are able to work with clients on virtually every facet of their construction project.”

“Our new office space will facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, ensuring that clients are kept informed and involved in project updates. Additionally, the updated equipment and technologies in the facility will allow us to complete projects more efficiently, potentially resulting in cost savings for our clients,” Devisse adds.

Devisse founded Tri-Town in 2006, when he was 22 and a new Florida Gulf Coast University grad. The company, in the early days, worked out of Devisse’s home office with a team of three people. It now handles $20 million in annual construction services, the release states.

“Tri-Town Construction’s growth has been in tandem with the explosive growth of the region,” says Devisse. “We also experienced tremendous demand for our services following the hurricanes of 2017 and 2022. It was a time when homeowners were in critical need of professional, knowledgeable and ethical contractors.”
