Prominent real estate brokerage promotes pair of officials

Both Premier Sotheby’s International Realty leaders have decades of experience with the company.

Premier Sotheby’s International Realty recently announced two promotions on its leadership team.

In one promotion, Abigail Tesniarz has been named vice president of finance. She will oversees the daily operations of the accounting department and rental accounting, according to a statement. Tesniarz joined the brokerage 19 years ago.

In the other move, Joe Consolino has been named vice president of information technology, where he will be responsible for the company’s infrastructure and oversee the IT staff. Consolino began his tenure with the company in 1999, the release states.



“Abigail and Joe are the company’s most tenured professionals who have proven to be invaluable contributors and assets to our team,” Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s President and CEO Budge Huskey says in the release. “We are thrilled to expand their leadership roles, fostering the continued growth of our firm.”

Naples-based Premier Sotheby’s International Realty has over 1,400 sales professionals in 40 locations throughout Florida and North Carolina. It also benefits from an association with the storied Sotheby's auction house, established in 1744. The brokerage was founded by The Lutgert Cos., a prominent member of Southwest Florida’s business community since 1964, and is associated with Peerage Realty Partners.
