Mick Jagger sightings are now less likely in Lakewood Ranch as the rock star's girlfriend, Melanie Hamrick, has put her Lake Club home up for sale for $3.5 million.
Rock star Mick Jagger and former ballerina Melanie Hamrick's Lake Club home at 15809 Clearlake Ave. sold for $3.25 million. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, a pool and 5,726 square feet of living area.
