Top Weber Grill exec named CEO of Manatee County pet products business

A new CEO is stepping up at a Palmetto pet products business as the founder takes on a new role: chairman. 

Encompass Pet Group, the multi-channel pet products business and parent company of several pet-focused companies including Snuggle Puppy and Choice Pet Products, recently announced Troy Shay would be taking over as CEO. Shay was Chief Growth Office of Weber Grills, a worldwide manufacturer of charcoal, gas and electric grills, from July 2018 to August 2022, according to his LinkedIn profile.
