Managing broker hired to lead Sarasota, Fort Myers developments

Chris DiBitetto brings a decade of experience to the new position with ERES Cos.

Less than a year after expanding to Sarasota, the ERES Cos. team is already growing, which is a welcome addition as the company tackles two major developments.

Chris DiBitetto is the newest addition as vice president and managing broker. With 10 years of brokerage experience, DiBitetto is set on growing the company’s brokerage business with a focus on investment, industrial and office deals.

Since expanding to Sarasota in August 2022, ERES has launched a luxury condo development and planned a Hilton Tempo Hotel in downtown Fort Myers. ERES Cos., a real estate solutions company, has 10 offices in North and South America, which includes the office in Florida.
