Lazydays (NASDAQ: LAZY), one of the country’s largest RV dealerships with more than $1.2 billion in gross revenue in 2021 and 19 retail locations, has acquired Findlay RV in Las Vegas.

According to a news release, the deal gives the Tampa-based company a presence in Nevada for the first time and complements its existing operations in Arizona.

The acquisition of Findlay RV, the release states, also adds a new brand, Tiffin, to Lazydays’ portfolio, which also includes Coachmen, Winnebago and Forest River. The transaction is expected to add $40 million in gross annual revenue to the company’s balance sheet.

Lazydays’ gross annual revenue grew from $817.11 million in 2020 to $1.24 billion in 2021, an increase of 51.75%.
