Prominent homebuilder brings 2,100-home community to Parrish

A new master-planned community has debuted in Parrish. 

Prosperity Lakes covers 1,070 acres with 2,100 homes sites planned. Lennar, the community’s homebuilder, announced Prosperity Lakes would feature 31 floor plans. Town home and single-family home designs are currently for sale.
