Parrish 55+ community celebrates amenity campus opening

Over half of the planned 950 homes in Del Webb BayView have been constructed with another 180 currently on the way.

Residents at a master-planned community in Parrish now have access to amenities after the grand opening of the clubhouse earlier this month. The opening, according to a statement, highlighted that the community is over halfway built.

The 55+ community, Del Webb BayView, will have 950 homes once it’s completely built. Currently, more than 500 homes have been built, of which about 332 homes have been sold. The community began selling homes in June 2021, prior to opening its amenity campus, which is a 22,500-square-foot clubhouse called The Driftwood Club, according to a community spokesperson. About 180 homes are under construction right now.

In addition to meeting and multipurpose spaces, the clubhouse features cardio, fitness and movement rooms, resort-style pool and a professional teaching kitchen for cooking classes. The grand opening included Sailfish Grille, a private restaurant with a full bar.
