Pulte Homes has acquired a 19.4-acre parcel in Spring Hill that will be developed into Valleybrook, a new residential community consisting of 66 single-family homes on 50-foot lots.

The purchase further grows the company’s presence in Hernando County community: In February, it acquired 253 acres of land, also in Spring Hill, that will be the site of Caldera, a master-planned community of 809 homes.

Valleybrook, according to a news release, will be located on Powell Road with convenient access to the Suncoast Parkway, U.S. 41 and the Ridge Road Extension. Its amenities are expected to include a children’s playground and a dog park, and homeowners will not have to pay Community Development District fees.

Homes will be priced starting in the low $300,000s, the release states, and Pulte Homes says they will appeal to a wide range of homebuyers, from entry-level to 55-plus.

“We are very excited to expand our presence in Hernando County and the fast-growing town of Spring Hill,” states Sean Strickler, president of PulteGroup’s west Florida division, in the release. “Valleybrook will be a fantastic option for homebuyers seeking affordability and exceptional value for their money. The demand for a quality, new construction home in a convenient location has never been greater.”

Valleybrook floor plans, according to the release, will be available soon. More information for prospective buyers is available here.
