Bowl game names all-star lineup of executive committee members

Big names from the Tampa Bay business, government and philanthropic communities will help plan the Union Home Mortgage Gasparilla Bowl.

The Union Home Mortgage Gasparilla Bowl on Thursday announced the 20 members of its executive committee, a group that will be tasked with creating an exciting bowl week experience for student-athletes, teams, fans and partners.

Tampa Bay’s annual college football bowl game has had a series of unusual names over the past few years, including the Bad Boy Mowers Gasparilla Bowl, MagicJack St. Petersburg Bowl, Beef 'O' Brady's Bowl and Bitcoin St. Petersburg Bowl. Union Home Mortgage became the title sponsor in 2020.
