Women’s retailer scores new board member with Nike exec

FORT MYERS — Women’s retailer Chico’s FAS has named Nike Global Vice President Eli Kumekpor to its board of directors.

Kumekpor will serve as an independent director, according to a statement.

Kumekpor is currently a global VP and general manager of Men's for the Jordan Brand at Nike Inc., where he has responsibility for driving the vision, strategy and differential growth for the multibillion-dollar omni-channel retail business.
