Luxury community exceeds sales goal by 30%

The sales brought in $176 million last year.

LAKEWOOD RANCH — A Lakewood Ranch-based luxury community finished 2021 30% ahead of its annual goal with more than 100 unit sales.  

The Lake Club generated $176 million in sales last year, with 88 of those sales being completed between the first six months of 2021. The community is one of 16 residential communities within the master-planned Lakewood Ranch development in Sarasota and Manatee counties.
