Mercato, a high-end lifestyle center in Naples, recently announced it’s added six tenants: three restaurants, two retailers, and one health and beauty service.

The new additions include restaurants Juicelation and Zza Baby, which are both open now, and farm-fresh restaurant The 239 Naples, scheduled to open later this spring. The retailers are Palm & Paddle and Stanza, according to a statement, while medical spa 4Ever Young is the final new tenant, scheduled to open this summer.

“Mercato continues to show a great comeback from COVID-19, including sales increases, record traffic and a strong leasing momentum as evidenced by the six new tenants we are announcing today, each of which will be open by summer of this year,” says Valerie Cope, senior marketing director for the shopping center, in the statement. “In addition to the brand name tenants our shoppers enjoy at Mercato, by adding a number of local, independent restaurants and services to our retail lineup, we are further strengthening the center’s footing as a community hub where quality and ingenuity are paramount.”

Juicelation got its start at Mercato in the center’s Hand & Harvest artisan market, and this location, 873 square feet, is its second in the Naples area, the release states. Juicelation offers 100% organic cold-pressed juices as well as smoothies and dairy-free, gluten-free superfood bowls. Zza Baby serves a wide selection of Neapolitan pizzas — from the classic margherita to pepperoni, barbecue chicken and smoked gouda, and the Pass the Pesto, Honey pizza — with deep dish and build-your-own options available. The 2,792-square-foot location also serves Italian-inspired sandwiches, the release states, including the Big Kahuna Tuna, Caprese Sandwich, Italian Grinder and the ZZAmboli Sandwich.

The 239 Naples, meanwhile, is a local cooperative of farms, ranches, dairies, hatcheries, bakeries, fisheries, breweries and wineries that have “come together to create food that is locally sourced and handmade by the area’s best food artisans,” the release states. The restaurant serves brunch, lunch and dinner, as well as a number of craft cocktails. The 3,215-square-foot restaurant is next to Kilwins.

The retailer Palm & Paddle, across from J. Crew, offers men’s and women’s resort and activewear, “designed for the coastal lifestyle,” the release states. Stanza, the statement adds, “has a unique and flattering line of women’s resort wear, swimwear, sleepwear and lingerie.”

Mercato is a mixed-use lifestyle shopping center offering 315,000 square feet of main-street-style retail, restaurant and entertainment. It’s anchored by Nordstrom Rack, Whole Foods Market and features Silverspot, a 12-screen luxury cinema. Madison Marquette manages Mercato.
