Master-planned community sells 190 lots — adds a new builder

Pulte Homes will build homes in the final phase of the Brightwood neighborhood within North River Ranch.

PARRISH — A master-planned community developer recently added a new builder to a community in Parrish. 

Lakewood Ranch-based Neal Land and Neighborhoods welcomed builder Pulte Homes to North River Ranch. The news comes as Centex, the community’s first builder, has nearly sold all of its lots within the community, according to a statement.
