BONITA SPRINGS — Southfield, Michigan-based Atwell Group, a national consulting, design, engineering and construction services company, has merged with area landscape architecture and civil engineering firm Waldrop Engineering.

Financial terms of the transaction for Bonita Springs-based Waldrop, which provides professional design and entitlement services throughout Florida and the Southeast, weren’t disclosed.
