LONGBOAT KEY — The Coldwell Banker Realty office in Longboat Key recently surpassed $1 billion in closed real estate sales volume, year-to-date.  

The office of more than 100 sales associates is led by managing broker Ellen C. O’Day. It serves Sarasota and Manatee Counties.
