Area real estate leader buys art-like mapping firm

Brokerage seeks to aid sales agents with new maps.

NAPLES — John R. Wood Properties, one of the largest residential brokerages in Southwest Florida, has purchased the complete portfolio of Naples Maps.

Financial terms of the deal for the company, which makes detailed maps of communities and neighborhoods throughout Southwest Florida, weren’t disclosed. Foster “Skip” Reznor has owned Naples Maps since 2002, according to a statement.
