Homebuilder appoints president with more than 20 years of experience

Joe Fontana has been a division president for various homebuilders throughout the state

LAKEWOOD RANCH — M/I Homes recently appointed Joe Fontana as president of the Sarasota division, based in Lakewood Ranch. 

Fontana has more than 20 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, including experience as a division president for various homebuilders, according to a statement.
