SARASOTA — The CEO of the Neuro Challenge Foundation for Parkinson's, Robyn Faucy-Washington, has resigned from her position at the nonprofit. 

The Sarasota-based organization, in an email announcement, says Faucy-Washington resigned to follow an opportunity to advance her professional career.
