North American rust protection franchise expands to Florida

CAPE CORAL — Pro Fleet Care, a franchise-based business that specializes in mobile residential and commercial rust control services, recently opened its first Florida location, in Cape Coral.

Andrew Kohne, who previously held various management and service roles in the hospitality, golf and homebuilder industries, runs the local franchise unit, according to a statement. Pro Fleet Care uses a rust proofing system that creates a barrier of protection for metals and neutralizes the harmful effects of salt and moisture, the release adds. Its products are also a blend of chemicals that penetrate into hard to reach seams and crevices.
