Single-family home median price reaches $405,000 — first time in region

The median price increased 19% from last year.

The median price for single-family homes in Manatee County surpassed $400,000 for the first time, reaching a median of $405,000 in April. 

That's up 19.1% from April 2020, according to data compiled by Florida Realtors and the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee.
